These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to jmvconnects.com and to the free resources, trainings, emails and text messages provided by JMV Solutions LLC, doing business as JMV Connects ("JMV," "we," "us"). By using our website, submitting a form or downloading a resource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who can use our programs

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and programs.

2. Educational purposes only

• Our trainings and resources, including the Bully Sniper 3 by 5 Cheat Card, are agent training material for educational purposes only.
• They are not legal, tax, financial, insurance or investment advice, and they do not create a professional relationship of any kind.
• You are responsible for following all laws, licensing requirements, and the rules of any carrier, company or agency you work with, including any requirement to have materials reviewed or approved before using them with clients.

3. No guarantee of results

Your results depend on your own effort, skills, licensing, market and many other factors. We make no promise or guarantee of any specific income, number of appointments, applications, sales or other results.

4. Our content

• All content we provide, including text, cheat cards, graphics, scripts, emails and videos, is owned by JMV Solutions LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.
• You may download and use our free resources for your own personal training.
• You may not copy, resell, rebrand, republish, or share our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Emails and text messages

• When you submit a form, you will receive the resource you requested and follow-up emails from JMV Connects. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Text messages are optional. You receive them only if you check the text message consent box. Checking it means you agree to receive marketing text messages from JMV Connects about our trainings, follow-up tips and offers at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology. You can still get our free resources without checking it.
• Program name: JMV Connects. Program description: training resources, follow-up tips, check-ins and training offers.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel text messages at any time. After you reply STOP, we may send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including your mobile number.

6. Using our website

You agree not to misuse our website, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, trying to gain unauthorized access, or using it for anything unlawful.

7. Third-party services and links

Our website and emails may use or link to third-party services and websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

8. Disclaimer

Our website, trainings and resources are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JMV Solutions LLC and its owners, team members and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, business or data, arising from your use of our website, trainings or resources. Our total liability for any claim related to our free resources will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnity

You agree to hold JMV Solutions LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of our content with clients or prospects, or from your violation of these Terms or of any law or rule that applies to you.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use our website or programs after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
